On July 22, 2024, the American Bar Association (ABA) hosted its sixth panel dedicated to the problem of INTERPOL abuse and defending the rights of individuals on the international wanted list. As with all the previous panels on the topic under the aegis of the ABA, Yuriy Nemets took part in this year's panel as well and continued his overview of the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL's Files' jurisprudence and its application of INTERPOL's rules in individual cases.
